Remarks: Distribution data unclear because many species formerly included in U. dioica have now been removed. U. dioica s. str. is probably restricted to C- and W-Eurasia (Grosse-Veldmann & Weigend 2015). Chinese material probably belongs to an undescribed species around U. cannabina.
